Building Better Sketches

Beginner Video Tutorial • 23 minutes

If you’ve ever felt intimidated by drawing, this video is for you! I share my sketching process from start to finish, including tips on planning for the intended use of a sketch, thinking about what to draw in terms of compositional elements, and refining until it’s solid. I also briefly touch on ways to take this sketch into your preferred medium for final art.
